Roof Repair Smedway sends Roof Repair specialists across Reubens who scope the actual damage, not just the symptom, so you're not paying to fix the same leak twice.
General handymen patch what's visible and move on. Our Roof Repair technicians trace a leak back to its actual source — a cracked pipe boot, a lifted shingle tab, a nail pop — before any repair goes down.
A Roof Repair from Roof Repair Smedway isn't considered finished until the leak is actually gone, not just less visible.
Insurance and licensing documentation available before work starts.
Local Reubens dispatch means most repair calls get scheduled within 24 to 48 hours.
Written estimate before any repair work begins, no verbal-only pricing.
Moisture meters and a full roof walk-through come standard on every repair call.
If you're not sure which category your issue falls into, describe it when you call and we'll point you in the right direction.
We match shingle color and profile as closely as possible so a Reubens repair doesn't stand out.
Cracked or corroded flashing around chimneys, valleys, and vent pipes is a top cause of Reubens roof leaks.
We trace water intrusion back to its actual entry point, not just the ceiling stain below it.
Cracked rubber vent boots are one of the most common Reubens leak sources, and one of the easiest to miss.
Soft or spongy spots usually mean the decking underneath has started to rot and needs replacing, not just resealing.
We rebuild ridge lines to shed water properly instead of just resealing over a failing cap.
Call +1-844-212-9199 and describe the leak or damage — dispatch routes it to the nearest Reubens crew.
A Roof Repair technician arrives on-site, usually within 24 to 48 hours for standard calls.
